Caseflow was the reviewer console behind Remedy, a service that appealed denied health-insurance claims. An automated pipeline read each patient's documents, drafted an appeal letter with AI and placed it in this queue. A reviewer then checked and edited the letter, and an administrator submitted it to the insurer.

A reviewer flagged this case as out of scope. Confirming issues the customer's $49 refund.
